In-person & Teletherapy

Pittsburgh Psychological Wellness, LLC (PPW) offers both in-person therapy at the office in Wexford and teletherapy (video appointments). Please confirm with your insurance whether teletherapy is covered as most, but not all, insurance plans will pay for this service. You are always able to pay out of pocket for teletherapy if you desire this service for convenience or other reasons.

Types of Therapy

PPW provides psychological therapy that is individualized for each client. PPW uses a variety of styles including cognitive behavioral and emotionally focused perspectives. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be helpful as it guides our conversation about your thoughts and behaviors so that you can learn coping skills that are useful in your every day life
